How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
$1,550 for one bedrooms and this includes only base rent.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Heated and open year round pool, game room, 24/7 fitness center, business center, conference center and dog park.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes. We welcome all pets except for aggressive breeds. There is a one time $300 pet deposit and monthly $35 pet rent per home when pets are present. We offer a large onsite dog park available for all size dogs.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
As short as 3-11 month leases for an additional $400 per month. We offer 3 - 14 month lease terms.

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
Applications are completed online for Helios for $68.67 per person over 18 years old. Select "Apply Now" at the top of the Helios website and submit the required fields to submit your application.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes. We offer assigned parking in our private garage. Covered reserved parking on levels 1–6 is $150/month, uncovered reserved parking on Level 7 is $75/month, and overnight guest parking on the unreserved 7th floor is $5 per night from 10:00 PM–10:00 AM.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Utilities are billed separately from your base rent. You will pay water, sewer, trash and valet trash along with your base rent on our payment portal. The only utility that residents will have to pay directly to the service provider is for electricity that will be paid to Xcel Energy directly.
Is the community gated or secured?
Not gated, community is secured using fob entry for entrances.
What schools serve the community?
Denver public schools, open enrollment available.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
Near light rail and Interstate 25 to get to easily access Downtown Denver or Denver International Airport.
What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?
Park Meadows Mall, Ocean Prime, Shanahans, Snooze are all in walking distance from Helios. Whole Foods, King Soopers and Safeway are nearby grocery stores. Helios is near the Landmark shopping center that includes a movie theatre, Comedy Works South Denver and Upstairs Circus for a painting night.
What parks, trails, and outdoor recreation are close to the community?
Running Fox Park, Cherry Creek Trails, Cherry Creek State Park.
